sporp

i really like the word sporp. i was writing things like that on a form at work the other day. some of the words were pretty good, but sporp was the best. I had today off, but i have to admit that i checked my work email. tomorrow my day is completely full. not enough prep time. sporp. what should that mean? any suggestions? i will take them in the form of dictionary entries. do your worst. the one i like most i will use.

delicious accident

I was cooking lunch today, very late. and mac and cheese. and i discovered something awesome i've never done before. I put the butter in the pan while it was still pretty hot, and it melted, and all too quickly the butter started to brown. i added the cheese powder next and it started to burn dry to the bottom of the pan a little. i added sour cream instead of milk, and it started to creamify, but not enough, so i had to add a tiny bit of water, like a tablespoon, and i had to kind of scrape up the browned cheese powder. the smell was awesome, like browned actual cheese, and as i balanced out the ingredients for the sauce it smelled so good.. but i had no idea what it was gonna taste like. anyway i put the noodles in and it tasted so much better than normal mac and cheese. it was hella good yo. next time you make the mac and cheese.. try burning your cheese powder just a little. it's really good.

long time no blog

wuh'... ok so i've been working pretty hard.. at least that's how it seems. i'm gonna just post because it's been so long. i have to commit to doing yard work this week. and this weekend. i think i'll do a bunch tomorrow and saturday. then during the week as possible. i think perhaps tomorrow Cat and i can walk around the yard and make a plan for what needs to be done. anyway. good times. good night.
