freaky shit

ok so check this out: Several years ago i met my evil twin. We wound up sitting next to each other on the 3rd day of acupuncture school having both been born on exactly the same day (june 20, 1979) .. only she was 8 hours older than me (born around 4 am, while i was born a little after noon).. well, so the list of freaky similarities was long, to be sure. even our significant other's both had roundabout connections to the love family, with her being from nowhere near there that was pretty weird. we both played several instruments through school and got away with whatever we wanted... she could cook like nobody's business.. and i could reasonably do so.. though she'd made something of a profession of it. anyway.. so some know that i got myself a cello for my birthday.. and i causally mentioned it when i replied to the birthday email i got from her (because we generally remember each other's birthday's the day ours comes up)... and she replied today that SHE HAD GOTTEN A VIOLIN FOR HERSELF FOR HER BIRTHDAY... unprompted by me in any way... pure coincidence. tell me that's not weird. come on, TELL ME!.. that's right. you can't. i didn't think so.

I had an awesome day off today. awesome. did you? i discovered wearing two ratty t-shirts is more comfortable than wearing just one. especially when Cat rubs your back a little.
