can i just complain about the history channel?
It's starting to piss me off. it seems like every time i pass by the channel it's hard to tell if i'm watching TBN or objective documentable history. because everything seems to be about religion. the history of which should not contain arguments like "when satan wagers with god over the fate of Job it could only be to do evil for evil's sake" what the hell kind of statement is that? garbage. that's what it is. there's nothing about satanism whatsoever. it's been over an hour and no mention of the other cultures perceptions of the devil. it's just garbage. one hundred percent garbage.. and pandering. it's crap like this that makes me not want cable.. because it costs $45 a month and it's almost all garbage. if i could just get like 7 channels that didn't include abc, nbc, or cbs i would probably be fine. food network, scifi... maybe that's enough.. then we can watch netflix. anyway. grumble grumble grumble.
grumble.
grumble.

hey, call me. I have a religious gesture question. For my friend who knows the other half of the universe.
Blame the Da Vinci Code. That's where they're making all their money because everyone's all up in arms (except for the Venus De Milo) about how "believe-it-or-not"/
"based-on-a-true-story" the DVC is.
Oh, and republicans for throwing religion in everyone's faces as of late. You can blanket-blame republicans for a helluva lot these days because... well, they're to blame.
Also, did you see the religious post I wrote on my blog?
My personal complaint about the History Channel was that it was too often the World-War-2-and-American-History Channel. Which for a person of more Asian interests made the durn thing quite tedious.
Whenever I eat ginger, I think of Brett-kookin. That is all.
