yesterday i had a pretty good day. it didn't end as well as it began, but overall it was still a good day. the weirdest part was that i walked on the treadmill with no shoes. i'm not sure if that's good for you, because i could tell that my knees didn't care for it, but the rest of me got a kick out of it. i suppose i could just wear the shoes next time and stay on for as long as i can. it's not as fast as running.. but i could probably run that slow.. maybe not as long as i could walk that fast. we shall see. maybe i'll do it tonight. maybe i have a new after work activity..
