i had a busy day.. despite leaving work at noon and getting to come home for lunch. that was a nice thing, but then i went back to do an acu appointment in everett and the traffic was spectacularly bad. it took me about 40 minutes to get there. i can't understand it one bit. i never saw anything that resembled a disabled car or an accident.. but when i got to almost where i was going it just stopped being slow. spontaneously. ridiculous. so then i had my appointment and it was nice. my patient was getting better. that's always a pick-me-up. even if i cant' really take credit for stuff like that, i can at least feel good about that person feeling better, no matter why. anyway. now it's 8 and i get to go to sleep soon.. i'll read a boook for a bit.. tv is pretty lame.. ok.. back ot the couch with me. two birthdays of note: megan turned 25 (woo!!!) and drisana turned 21 (simmah down now.. )... good job..

I hate traffic in Everett. Even more than I hate traffic in Seattle. Everett drivers are demonic in their desire to save 3.2 seconds. But what I'm really trying to say is that I started HP&HBP yesterday. I'm two chapters in and haven't even gotten to the titular named character yet. Oy!
Sorry traffic sucked. Last Monday, on my way to my appt. with Mitch (the Mariners' guy who prescribes my physical therapy), traffic was backed up starting in south Everett going south. When we finally got to the 405-interchange (you heard me), there was a semi-truck hanging over the railing of the northbound lane with a car CRUNCHED in between the cab of the truck and the cargo area. The radio then said it was taking 50 minutes to get from Seattle to Everett. Hellish, I tell you. I'm so sorry for what happened to the people in the accident but I can only wish that at least one person who saw that learned something about obnoxious driving from it.
btw, HP&HBP could seriously be the name of a vaudeville team. It could be you and me as a vaudeville team.
Yeah... too bad vaudeville's split up and/or gone to sea. People don't want an authentic variety show anymore with well-perfected acts. They want the act they like and don't want to sit through the rest.
